This was a complete throw together recipe so you can tweak it depending on how much you want to make.
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (Or you can home make some)
- 8 oz. Portabella mushrooms
- 1.5 pounds Green beans
- 2 jalapeños (optional)
- 8oz mozzarella
- 8 slices of bacon
Cook bacon, keep reserves, place bacon on side.
Cook slides/chopped mushrooms and green beans in reserve (this is when I added jalapeños and adobo, mince onions, pepper, and oregano) cook till tender.
In 9 x 13 dish add chopped deboned chicken, crumble up 4 pieces of the bacon.
Once the green beans are to your liking pour on top of chicken. Mix all ingredients up. Pour Alfredo sauce on top.
Top with shredded mozzarella. Crumble last 4 slices of bacon.
Cook in oven at 400 for 10-15 till Cheese is melted and to your liking.
